New Story: “Ride of Your Life”

My fellow millennials may remember ‘Knight Rider’, a gloriously cheesy tv show starring the one and only David Hasselhoff in the eighties and nineties.

The biggest appeal of this show was a sentient car—half vehicular James Bond, half Batmobile—called KITT, who played partner to Hasselhoff’s Michael Knight. I was too young to appreciate the Hoff’s bare-chested glory, but KITT was fascinating to me.
